Description
A good dual purpose apple grown since the late nineteenth century. Small to medium sized apples with green/yellow skin smartly striped red. Russet in the stem cavity and eye basin. Crisp, juicy fruit, with a subtle honey flavour, which keeps its shape if cooked. Pretty blossom. Ripe in October, storing until March. Heavy crops.
